We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that we determine to be harmful to our services or other users. Upon termination, your right to access our services will immediately cease.

5. Course Registration and Payment

Course Enrollment

Course registration is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon. All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes. We accept various payment methods as specified during the registration process.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has commenced.

6. Service Availability

Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

Feature Availability

Certain features or services may not be available in all geographic locations or for all users. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at our discretion.

Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that materially affect your use of the services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProjectPro, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Helsinki, Finland.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution procedures.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or via email.
