Introduction and Agreement

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProjectPro, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any content you submit or transmit through our services
6. Privacy and Data Protection

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Helsinki, Finland.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue in these courts. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

10. Force Majeure
ProjectPro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or epidemics. In such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
11. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. Any waiver of these terms will be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
12. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProjectPro regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you must discontinue using our services.
